
SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Trailhead Soap Company accepts orders 24 hours a day on our website.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email, once your order is processed, to let you know your order is on the way!
We do have some holidays to rest and recharge. We do not process orders on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Vacation notices will be posted in the announcement bar shown at the top of the website.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped from Corvallis, OR via USPS. Trailhead Soap Company ships to all 50 states using either USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. We currently do not ship to APO or FPO address.
We take great care in packing our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, we understand that damage or loss can occasionally occur during shipping. If your items arrive damaged or are missing, we are happy to replace them. To process a replacement, we will need to file a damage claim with USPS. Please email us with:
Clear photos of the damaged items.
Photos of the packaging and shipping label.
Any relevant details about the issue.
USPS requires the addressee (you) to retain the original mailing container, including any damaged items, packaging materials, and contents received. These will be necessary for the damage claim process.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to the nature of these personal care products, we are not able to accept returns.
If we shipped you the incorrect item, we will gladly replace it or refund your account. You must notify us within 5 business days from when packaged is delivered.
